Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and password (passwords are hashed — we never see them). When you post a listing, we collect the business details you choose to share, plus a contact email and phone number used to forward buyer enquiries.

How we use it

• To display your listing publicly (only the fields you provide).
• To forward buyer enquiries to your preferred contact method.
• To send transactional emails — payment receipts, password resets, message notifications.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and Resend (transactional email) process your data on our behalf. They're bound by their own privacy policies and never receive more than they need to do their job.

Buyer enquiries

When you submit an enquiry as a buyer, we share your name, email, message, and (if provided) phone number with the seller. We never display sellers' contact details publicly — they're only revealed inside the private message thread.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or have it deleted, at any time by contacting us at our contact page.
