1. Listings
By posting a listing, you confirm that you have the legal right to sell the business described and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. GetBizzed is a venue for connecting buyers and sellers — we do not verify or guarantee any business listed on the platform.
2. Listing fee & duration
Standard listings cost $149 AUD (one-time, non-refundable) and remain active for 90 days. Premium listings cost $199 AUD (one-time, non-refundable) and remain active for 120 days. After their respective windows, listings are automatically deactivated. You may deactivate a listing earlier from your dashboard — listing fees are not refunded for early deactivation.
3. Buyer conduct
Buyers agree to use enquiry messages in good faith. Spam, harassment, or attempting to extract a seller's contact details for off-platform abuse will result in permanent removal from the platform.
4. Limitation of liability
GetBizzed is not party to any sale transaction between users. We do not handle escrow, verify business financials, or guarantee outcomes. All due diligence is the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
5. Account termination
We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent listings, misrepresented businesses, or harassment of other users.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
